The tourism sector faces numerous challenges, primarily due to the ever-changing demands and expectations of travelers. Improving infrastructure in tourist destinations, such as roads and ports, is essential to support tourism growth. Additionally, climate change directly affects tourism, as shifts in climate alter travel seasons and visitor preferences. Sustainable tourism development requires collaboration between government, local communities, and tourism businesses. Despite the challenges, there are ample opportunities for innovation and sustainable practices in tourism, offering growth potential.
With these factors in mind, an established company that already owns and manages a hotel designed an expansion plan to build a new hotel unit in the Halkidiki region—an area known for its strategic tourism appeal. This new 20-room property is designed to offer luxurious accommodations with modern amenities, targeting high-demand guests. The investment combines luxury with a “green” approach, ensuring that all services are accessible to all visitors. This strategy aims to promote sustainability and environmental awareness, elements that are increasingly central to today’s travelers.
To execute the project, we conducted an investment analysis using specialized financial tools, evaluated the market and competition, and identified potential risks. We also prepared a comprehensive Business Plan and work schedule, essential for managing the project effectively.
Finally, we supported the funding application process, ensuring the success of the venture, and monitored the project according to the work schedule we developed, all the way through to project completion.
