Ioannis Gioulvanis is an economist, a first-class accountant-tax counselor, and a liquidator of companies. He studied at the Department of Accounting of the School of Management and Economics of T.E.I. of Serres. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the School of Economic Sciences and Management of the Open University of Cyprus. He is a member of the Economic Chamber of Greece (O.E.E.), economist-expert of the Drama Court of First Instance, member of the Register of Executors of Wills of the Ministry of Finance, member of the Register of Experts of General Secretariat of the Financial Sector & Private Debt Management, professionally certified by National Social Security Agency for the issuance of pensions, and Second-Class Insolvency Administrator.
He has worked as Head of Accounting among large industries and construction companies and is specialized in finance, preparation of financial statements, investment programs, economic studies, but also distinguished for relevant success in the business restructuring field, debt, and out-of-court debt settlement mechanism for individuals and legal entities.
