{"id":1370,"date":"2024-10-25T14:05:28","date_gmt":"2024-10-25T12:05:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gpcs.gr\/presentation-of-the-action-strengthening-existing-businesses-of-the-ris3-strategy\/"},"modified":"2025-02-06T13:55:34","modified_gmt":"2025-02-06T11:55:34","slug":"presentation-of-the-action-strengthening-existing-businesses-of-the-ris3-strategy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gpcs.gr\/en\/presentation-of-the-action-strengthening-existing-businesses-of-the-ris3-strategy\/","title":{"rendered":"Presentation of the Action &#8220;Strengthening existing businesses of the RIS3 strategy&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Region of Eastern Macedonia and Thrace (EMTH) publishes the call for the action &#8220;Strengthening existing enterprises of the RIS3 strategy&#8221;, within the framework of the Regional Program 2021-2027.<\/p>\n<p>The action aims to strengthen the sustainability, competitiveness and innovation of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises operating in the region and in sectors aligned with the RIS3 strategy (Smart Specialization).<\/p>\n<p>Basic Information on the Action<\/p>\n<p>Total Public Expenditure: 30 million euros.<br \/>\nGranted Budget:<br \/>\nFrom \u20ac70,000 to \u20ac600,000 for aid under Regulation (EU) 2831\/2023 (de minimis).<br \/>\nFrom \u20ac300,000 to \u20ac1,000,000 for aid under Regulation (EU) 651\/2014 (GDPR).<br \/>\nAid Rate: 50% of the total budget.<br \/>\nConditions for Inclusion of Enterprises<\/p>\n<p>To be included in the action, enterprises must meet the following conditions:<\/p>\n<p>Legal Form &amp; Eligibility:<br \/>\nBe micro, small or medium-sized enterprises.<br \/>\nBe active in RIS3 priority sectors, according to the Activity Code Numbers (KAD) mentioned in the call.<br \/>\nFinancial &amp; Administrative Status:<br \/>\nHave completed at least two full closed administrative years.<br \/>\nNot be under bankruptcy, liquidation or compulsory administration.<br \/>\nNot have any pending recovery of state aid from a previous illegal grant.<br \/>\nEligibility Characteristics of the CAC:<br \/>\nCompanies must have primary or secondary CACs with the highest revenues in sectors such as:<br \/>\nMaterials, construction and industry.<br \/>\nTourism, culture and creative industries.<br \/>\nAgri-food chain.<br \/>\nEnvironment and circular economy.<br \/>\nLife sciences, health, pharmaceuticals.<br \/>\nTransport and supply chain.<br \/>\nSustainable energy.<br \/>\nDigital technologies.<br \/>\nEligibility of Expenditure:<br \/>\nEligible expenditure includes investments in intangible and tangible assets, equipment, consultancy services, software development, as well as promotion and advertising services.<br \/>\nFinancial Sustainability:<br \/>\nThe amount of the subsidized budget must not exceed the highest turnover achieved in one of the last two management years (2022 or 2023).<br \/>\nPrivate Participation:<br \/>\nCompanies must prove that they have 60% of the private participation required for the implementation of the project.<br \/>\nUse of Financial Regulations:<br \/>\nChoice between Regulation 2831\/2023 (de minimis) or 651\/2014 (GAK).
